    No refund for unused services or early departures.

Special Cases

  • Natural Disasters/War: Full credit voucher for future tours.
  • Documentation Failure (e.g., expired CNIC): 75% refund if notified 48+ hours prior.

3. How Cancellations Work

Step-by-Step Process:

  2. Verification: We confirm eligibility within 24 hours.
  3. Refund Method:
    • Original payment method (7-10 business days).
    • Future tour credit (instant issuance).

4. Non-Refundable Elements

Certain costs are irrecoverable once booked:

  • Government permits (e.g., NOC for Khunjerab Pass)
  • Pre-paid accommodation/transport (non-transferable)
  • Third-party activity fees (rafting, jeep hires)

5. Force Majeure

For events beyond control (landslides, political unrest, pandemics):

  • Tour Postponement: Free date rescheduling.
  • Tour Cancellation: 90% refund or 110% future credit.

6. Booking Modifications
