  • 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking.
  • Balance due 15 days pre-departure.

3. Participant Obligations

Mandatory

  • Carry original CNIC/Passport (photocopies not accepted).
  • Disclose medical conditions/allergies via Health Form.
  • Follow guide instructions during tours.

Prohibited

  • Drugs, alcohol, or weapons.
  • Disruptive behavior (verbal/physical abuse).
  • Solo exploration without guide permission.

Violations: Immediate expulsion without refund.

4. Tour Modifications

By Us

We may alter itineraries due to:

  • Weather hazards (snow, floods).
  • Political unrest or road closures.
  • Safety directives from authorities.

Compensation: Alternative experiences or partial refund.

By You

  • Date changes: Rs. 500 fee + 7 days’ notice.
  • Participant replacement: Rs. 1,000 fee + new forms.

5. Risks & Liability

Acknowledgment

Adventure travel involves inherent risks:

  • Altitude sickness, falls, or animal encounters.
  • Road accidents or natural disasters.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury/death from participant negligence.
  • Loss/theft of belongings.
  • Costs due to tour interruptions.

Recommendation: Purchase travel insurance.

6. Health & Fitness

  • High-Altitude Tours (e.g., Deosai, Babusar): Requires doctor’s clearance.
  • Pregnant Travelers: Not permitted on 3+ day tours.
  • Accessibility: Not wheelchair-friendly; discuss needs pre-booking.

7. Media & Intellectual Property

  • Photos/Videos: We may use group shots for marketing (opt-out via email).
  • Content: Website text/images are copyrighted © Tours With Umair 2018-2025.

8. Governing Law

  • Disputes governed by laws of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Pakistan.
  • Claims must be filed in Mirpur District Courts.

9. Updates & Contact

Policy Changes

Revised terms will:

  • Be posted here with new “Last Updated” date.
  • Apply to bookings made after revision.
